How do I backup my knowledge base?

The Viabl.ai Platform knowledge bases are stored on web servers. The Folders where these are stored can be backed up using standard backup tools.

You can also Export your knowledge base into a compressed zip file which is downloaded to your PC. This Export option is accessed from the knowledge base menu on the Home Screen
