How do I backup my knowledge-base?

The Viabl.ai Platform Knowledge-bases are stored on web servers. The Folders where these are stored can be backed up using standard backup tools.

You can also Export your knowledge-base into a compressed zip file which is downloaded to your PC. This Export option is accessed from the Knowledge-base menu on the Home Screen
