Viabl.ai Co-Pilot

XpertAgent studio contains quite an extensive suite of build tools to help you create and maintain your knowledge bases. With such a large selection of tools and technologies, updating and maintaining a knowledge base might be a daunting task for some users. Using the new and updated Viabl.ai Co-Pilot, you can create, update and maintain your knowledge bases using natural language, so just by speaking to Viabl.ai Co-Pilot. Viabl.ai Co-Pilot has three main features:

• Knowledge maintenance:

Using Viabl.ai Co-Pilot, you can maintain and update your knowledge bases with ease. To update a knowledge base with a document or documents, you can use the upload button located on the top left side of the Viabl.ai Co-Pilot interface to upload a single document or upload multiple documents at the same time using RAG, if you have RAG set up.

Once your document(s) are uploaded, you can give further instructions regarding the document or what you desire to be updated/changed within the knowledge base.

After completing your document upload, you can either choose to update your current knowledge base using the document now, or you can choose to go back to the chat interface and make your requests alongside the document you have uploaded.

If you have chosen to update the knowledge base after the document has been uploaded, Viabl.ai Co-Pilot will start working on parsing your instructions and your document to automatically update the knowledge base.

Once the updates are complete, you will be notified of what has been changed within the knowledge base.

• Object creation:

Alternatively, you can use Viabl.ai Co-Pilot to maintain or alter your current knowledge base using your currently uploaded document, or without a document at all by just explaining the changes you require to Viabl.ai Co-Pilot. Furthermore, you can select a node within the knowledge base and Viabl.ai Co-Pilot will be aware of the precise location within the knowledge base you are requesting the change within. Viabl.ai Co-Pilot will then take your request and change the knowledge base based on your instructions.

You can request the creation, deletion or modification of any part of the knowledge base, such as creating scripts within trees, amending questions to fit a different tone and deleting deprecated parts of logic. All you need to do is explain in a few words what you’re looking to achieve, and Viabl.ai Co-Pilot will take care of the rest.
