Add System Detection

This tool creates one of three list Attribute with pre-defined values for Runtime System Detection

The first screen allows the user to check which system setting they would like to detect:

• Detect the type of Interface being rendered by the Engine (Chat, Dialog, Silent)
• Detect the deployment target of the engine (Browser, App, Chat, Web Service, Lambda, Node Red)
• Detect whether the engine is running in Test Run mode (Yes, No)

The next screen allows the user to enter a name and category. Finally the user chooses which type of split is required before creating the list object (No Split, Multi-way Split, Single Branch Split)
