Add a Decision Tree

After entering the name, description and category, the next screen allows the user to define multiple outcomes and whether these outcomes can be multi-selected. Where a decision flow is used to apply structure to knowledge, a decision tree allows the same but also enables one or more outcomes from that decision tree. The branch splits can be no-split, multiway split or a single split.
