Remove Knowledge from an Object

This Tool allows knowledge (Decision Tree or Decision Table) to be removed from an Object and will essentially turn the object into a simple Question. The Outcomes will become the Question's list values. Although it will retain the Base Class of the Knowledge Object

If this object was initially created as a question, and subsequently added knowledge but then has the knowledge removed again via this tool, it will maintain its original base class throughout.
