Add a GPT Question

Adding a GPT question Build tool helps users rapidly build knowledge by sending a question text to GPT which returns several choices of rewording.

The user can select one of the suggestions made by GPT

The use can edit the question text if they wish but can now select the type of question, either a list of a Boolean question

If a List question is selected, the question text will now be sent to GPT which will suggest several option suggestions

The user can select or edit all of these list options and complete the build tool.
