Resources

To manage the resources (e.g. images) available for use by Dialogs in the current knowledge base, click on the knowledge base settings menu and select the Knowledge Base Resources... option.

Note that this option is only visible if the KB Maintenance access option has been set accordingly under 'User Access' of this knowledge base.

The resulting dialog shows the existing resources of the knowledge base and allows additional material to be uploaded, for example images that can be used in the dialogs of the application. There is an upload limit of 1MB per file. In addition resources can be edited (for text files, javascript, css), deleted and downloaded from this dialog
