Add Knowledge to a Question

During knowledge capture, the expert may initially define and use a Question in the knowledge but then it transpires that this Question itself is best derived from the answers to other Questions. This would require the deleting of the Question and the creation of a new knowledge Object with the same name, this may prove inconvenient if this Question has already been embedded in many Knowledge Objects.

This Tool allows knowledge to be added to a Question Object after it has been created to avoid the need of creating and using a new Object.

Note that by changing a Question into a Decision Table or Decision Tree in this way, the Base Class remains to that of the original Question.
