Loan Risk Assessment Tutorial

This tutorial introduces a new design methodology for building a class of applications for assessing certain types of Risk or Performance, or indeed any type of structured assessment task. It is based on using a special knowledge-base Template to create a risk hierarchy template to break down the problem and combine the relevant Risk Indicators into a hierarchy of risk Aggregation Functions.
