What is Decision Orchestration?

Is a class of viabl.ai applications that combine multiple decision-making steps to provide a complete solution. These decision-making steps are a combination of decision automation and decision augmentation (Human-in-the-loop) Some examples of decision orchestration are:

• Claims Handling – managing a claim from start through to settlement.
• Customer Support – Across multiple channels including Self-service and Call Centre
• Underwriting – processing applications for approval by assessing risk.
• Compliance – Ensuring regulatory compliance, for example AML, pharma, net zero.
